How to Check Your Application Status

After submitting your application either online or in person, you can check your application status in following ways:

  1. By Phone:

    You can call us at +1-909-537-5288 and speak to one of our friendly staff. Please have your coyote identification number, name, and date of birth ready before you call.

  2. By Web:

    You can check your application status online at MyCoyote. You will need your coyote identification number and activation code, which will be mailed to you. Look for your activation code in the first letter that you received acknowledging we have your application.

    If you have a trouble logging in, please contact help desk at 909-537-7677 or helpdesk@csusb.edu.

    See if the Graduate Admissions Office has received all of the transcripts and other documents that are required to evaluate your application for admission.

  3. By Walk-In:

    Our office is located in College of Education Room 356. One of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

  4. By Email:

    Send an email to mozaki@csusb.edu using your email on your application. Please include your name and coyote identification number in your email.

  5. By Skype:

    Call us on skype. My status
