Expected Graduation

  1. Must be in F-1 / J-1 status
  2. Must have Health Insurance hold cleared, as well as any other CISP hold
  3. Must be enrolled full time at CSUSB, or have a Waiver Request form in file with CISP
  4. Must be authorized by CISP
  1. Review the Eligibility Requirements
  2. Complete a Request for Documentation form
  3. On the back of the form explain the purpose of the letter, name and address of where it is to be sent. (Examples of commonly asked for letters are in the Navigation Box.)
  4. Graduation Check or other documentation of expected graduation -or- we will use the program end date on the I-20/DS-2019
  5. Lack of information will delay the process
  6. Pick-up the letter after 5 days
